A. Discussion and possible action on a request from the City Council to a review of Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bellaire, Texas, to determine whether such zoning district regulations are in alignment with the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Bellaire, Texas, and a request for any recommendations regarding the scope, methodology, and expectations of a Comprehensive Plan Review.

B. ‌Consideration and possible action on an application filed by Bellaire Church of Christ, for a specific use permit as required by the City of Bellaire Code of Ordinances, Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Section 24-605, Application for Specific Use Permit, for the existing church building at 8001 South Rice Avenue, and to construct additional church parking on the northern portion of 8001 South Rice Avenue (formerly 7911 South Rice Avenue), as provided for in Section 24-532 B. (2) b) of the City of Bellaire Zoning Code.

C. Approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission's Report and Recommendation to City Council regarding an application filed by Bellaire Church of Christ, for a specific use permit for the existing church building at 8001 South Rice Avenue, and to construct additional church parking on the northern portion of 8001 South Rice Avenue (formerly 7911 South Rice Avenue).

D. Preliminary presentation of the City of Bellaire’s Draft Five-Year Fiscal Year 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program.

A. Staff liaison report on the status of projects previously addressed by the commission as well as projects for future meetings.

B. The Chair shall recognize any Commissioner who wishes to bring New Business to the attention of the Commission. Consideration of New Business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future agenda of the Commission or referral to Staff for investigation.
