Public Hearing

Docket # BOA-2021-04: A public hearing on an application filed by Thomas DeFroy of Identity Architects, on behalf of Bissonnet Street Ventures, LLC, owner of the 1.99-acre property located on the southwest corner of L610 and Bissonnet Street, at the 6400 block of West Loop South, on a request for a variance to allow for the lot coverage for the 1.99-acre property to be calculated separately from the rest of the Planned Development-9 and Planned Development-10 lot coverage, with a maximum lot coverage for the 1.99-acre property of 60%.  Such a variance would exceed the maximum coverage for the entire Planned Development allowed by Section 24-541 of the City of Bellaire Code of Ordinances. The property is located within PD-9 and PD-10.
