| Docket # SU-2022-01: A public hearing on an application filed by Jones Carter Civil Engineering for Salad and Go, LLC, for a Specific Use Permit as required by the City of Bellaire Code of Ordinances, Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Section 24-605, Application for Specific Use Permit, to build and operate a 780 square foot drive-through restaurant at 5201 Bellaire Boulevard within the Corridor Mixed Use (CMU) Zoning District, as provided for in Section 24-536 (B)(2)(c) of the City Code. |
