| Consideration of and possible action on the adoption of the minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Bellaire, Texas, held on Thursday, April 14, 2022.

Persons at the meeting who have indicated their desire to be heard on matters of general interest to the Commission, by submitting the form provided shall have (3) three minutes each to present their comments. The Commission is not permitted to fully discuss, debate, or consider items that are not on the agenda. Questions presented to the Commission may be referred to staff. |

1. | Curtis & Windham Architects, Inc. conceptual presentation for Urban Farm, for a proposed Planned Development as required by the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bellaire, Texas (City Code), Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Section 24-604, Application for Planned Development Amendment, to build and operate mixed-use commercial development at North 1st Street and Lehigh Street, Bellaire, Texas, within the Urban Village (TOD) (UVT) Zoning District, as provided for in Section 24- 547(B)(d) of the City Code. |
2. | Consideration of and possible action on an application filed by Jones Carter Civil Engineering for Salad and Go, LLC, for a Specific Use Permit as required by the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bellaire, Texas (City Code), Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Section 24-605, Application for Specific Use Permit, to build and operate a 780 square foot drive-through restaurant at 5201 Bellaire Boulevard, Bellaire, Texas, within the Corridor Mixed-Use (CMU) Zoning District, as provided for in Section 24- 536(B)(2)(c) of the City Code. |

1. | Staff liaison report on the status of projects previously addressed by the commission as well as projects for future meetings. |
2. | The Chair shall recognize any Commissioner who wishes to bring New Business to the attention of the Commission. Consideration of New Business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future agenda of the Commission or referral to Staff for investigation. |
