1. | In the City of Bellaire's Code of Ordinances Chapter 24-402 - Capital Improvements Program, each year the Planning and Zoning Commission should review and comment on the consistency of the Capital Improvement Program with the adopted Comprehensive Plan. Staff will provide a preliminary presentation on the Draft Five-Year FY2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program to the Commission. |
2. | Noise and Lighting - Update and Discussion of Next Steps: As requested by City Council, consider and discuss the City of Bellaire's existing ordinances regarding noise and lighting, including how the ordinances compare to adjacent and neighboring cities' ordinances and consider recommendations for changes. |

A. | Staff liaison report on the status of projects previously addressed by the commission as well as projects for future meetings. |
B. | The Chair shall recognize any Commissioner who wishes to bring New Business to the attention of the Commission. Consideration of New Business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future agenda of the Commission or referral to Staff for investigation. |
