Tran, owner, for a variance to allow for a maximum lot coverage of 57.19% on the property located at 4626 Pine Street, Bellaire, Texas 77401, which exceeds the 55% maximum lot coverage allowed by Sec. 24-532 C.(1)(a)(7)of the City of Bellaire Code of Ordinances.
