Docket # BOA-2022-01:  A public hearing on an application filed by Jonathan Williams, Williams House, LLC, on behalf of Donald K. Tran, owner, for a variance to allow for a maximum lot coverage of 57.19% on the property located at 4626 Pine Street, Bellaire, Texas 77401, which exceeds the 55% maximum lot coverage allowed by Sec. 24-532 C.(1)(a)(7)of the City of Bellaire Code of Ordinances. The property is located within the R-3 Residential Zoning District.
