Public Hearing

Notice of a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to three (3) sections of Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bellaire, Texas, including amendments to Article V, Zoning Regulations, Division 1, Zoning Districts and Regulations of General Applicability, Section 24-523, Through Lots Prohibited, to allow for the approval of through lots if a property meets certain zoning requirements; Article V, Zoning Regulations, Division 1, Zoning Districts and Regulations of General Applicability, Section 24-524 Site Plan Review, to increase the necessary documentation submittal requirements during city plan review related to environmental assessment reporting; and Article X, Signs, Section 24-1003, General Definitions and Definitions of and Requirements for Signs, to increase the allowable scoreboard signage area and allow team accolades as apart of the scoreboard signage.
