b. Consideration of and possible action on the adoption of an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, amending Ordinance No. 13-041, which authorized the execution of a Standard Form of Agreement with Total Contracting Ltd. for the "Rebuild Bellaire, Phase Four Paving and Drainage Improvement Project," for the purpose of removing the proposed sidewalk and curb ramp on the west and north sides of the 800 Block of Jaquet Drive, said removal of which would decrease said Agreement by $17,400.00, and authorizing The City Manager of the City of Bellaire, Texas, to execute a Change Order (No. 1) with Total Contracting Ltd. for said decrease.
