1. | Public Hearing Docket # BOA-2023-01: A public hearing and possible action on an application for variance filed by Kenny Meyer, President of MC Management & Development, Inc., on behalf of FKM Partnership, Ltd., for the renovation of an existing sign located at the northwest corner Bellaire Triangle, 5407 Bellaire Blvd., Bellaire, Texas 77401, which exceeds the maximum sign area by 483 sq. ft. and maximum sign height by 21’ 1 ½” allowed by Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Section 24-1011, Permitted Signs for Commercial or Mixed-Use Buildings, Subsection (C)(1), of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bellaire, Texas. The property is located within the Corridor Mixed Use (CMU) Zoning District.
