Consideration of and possible action on the implementation of a retention incentive plan for each patrol officer and firefighter/paramedic employed by the City of Bellaire, including but not limited to a plan that would provide such employees a $2,000 per year bonus payable at the end of each fiscal year, in recognition of the importance of and challenges inherent in keeping such positions filled and of the fact that many such employees travel significant distances to work - Requested by James P.
