Consideration of and possible action on a request for restricted permit parking along the 4400 block of Camellia Lane for 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and on the adoption of an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, amending Chapter 30, Traffic and Vehicles, Article II, Traffic-Control Regulations, Division 5, Parking, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bellaire, Texas, for the purpose of adding a new Section 30-119, "Restricted Parking—All Times, Sunday through Saturday," for the purpose of establishing restricted permit parking in the 4400 block of Camellia Lane - Submitted by Travis Tanner, Director of Development Services, upon a validated petition submitted by the residents of the 4400 block of Camellia Lane.

Consideration of and possible action on the adoption of an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Standard Form of Agreement with Ally General Services, LLC, for the provision of any and all services, materials, incidentals, and equipment necessary for the construction of the Maple Street Sidewalk Project in an amount not to exceed $163,179.00 - Submitted by Joshua Pascua, Capital Projects and Grants Manager.
