1. | Public Hearing Docket Z-2024-01: Notice of a public hearing to hear any and all persons desiring to be heard on or in connection with a potential amendment to the Official Zoning District Map, amending the Residential Multi-Family District (RMF) to Corridor Mixed Use District (CMU), in accordance with Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Article VI, Amendatory Procedure, Section 24-603, Application for Amendment to Written Text or Official Zoning District Map, of the Code of Ordinances, of the City of Bellaire, Texas. Consideration of New Business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future agenda of the Commission or referral to Staff for investigation. |
