Persons at the meeting who have indicated their desire to be heard on matters of general interest to the Commission, by submitting the form provided shall have (3) three minutes each to present their comments. The Commission is not permitted to fully discuss, debate, or consider items that are not on the agenda. Questions presented to the Commission may be referred to staff. |

A. | Public Hearing Notice is given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Bellaire, Texas, will conduct a public hearing to hear any and all persons desiring to be heard on or in connection with the proposed Comprehensive Plan Update. The proposed plan would be generally applicable to all properties within the City of Bellaire, Texas. All residential, institutional and commercial properties and structures located within the corporate limits of the City of Bellaire, Texas, may be affected by the proposed Comprehensive Plan.
