Docket # SUP-2024-01 Notice is given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Bellaire, Texas, will conduct a public hearing to hear any and all persons desiring to be heard on or in connection with an application filed by Treehouse Learning Center, in accordance with Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Article VI, Amendatory Procedure, Section 24-605, Application for Specific Use Permit, of the Code of Ordinances, of the City of Bellaire, Texas, to operate a day care center on an approximately 6,500 square foot site located at 5202 Spruce Street. The property is located within the Urban Village Downtown (UV-D) Zoning District.

Docket # Z-2024-01: Consideration and possible action of on a potential amendment to the Official Zoning District Map, amending the Residential Multi-Family District (RMF) to Corridor Mixed Use District (CMU), in accordance with Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Article VI, Amendatory Procedure, Section 24-603, Application for Amendment to Written Text or Official Zoning District Map, of the Code of Ordinances, of the City of Bellaire, Texas. The Residential Multi-Family District encompasses land located at 4301 Bissonnet and has an area of 3.4 acres.

Consideration and possible action on the proposed Comprehensive Plan Update. The proposed plan would be generally applicable to all properties within the City of Bellaire, Texas. All residential, institutional and commercial properties and structures located within the corporate limits of the City of Bellaire, Texas, may be affected by the proposed Comprehensive Plan.
