1. | Docket # SUP-2024-01: Consideration and possible action on an application filed by Treehouse Learning Center, in accordance with Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Article VI, Amendatory Procedure, Section 24-605, Application for Specific Use Permit, of the Code of Ordinances, of the City of Bellaire, Texas, to operate a day care center on an approximately 6,500 square foot site located at 5202 Spruce Street. The property is located within the Urban Village Downtown (UV-D) Zoning District. |
2. | Docket # SUP-2024-01: Consideration and possible action on the Planning and Zoning Recommendation Letter to Council regarding the application filed by Treehouse Learning Center, in accordance with Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Article VI, Amendatory Procedure, Section 24-605, Application for Specific Use Permit, of the Code of Ordinances, of the City of Bellaire, Texas, to operate a day care center on an approximately 6,500 square foot site located at 5202 Spruce Street. The property is located within the Urban Village Downtown (UV-D) Zoning District. |
3. | Docket # Z-2024-01: Consideration and possible action on the Planning and Zoning recommendation letter to Council regarding a potential amendment to the Official Zoning District Map, amending the Residential Multi-Family District (RMF) to Corridor Mixed Use District (CMU), in accordance with Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Article VI, Amendatory Procedure, Section 24-603, Application for Amendment to Written Text or Official Zoning District Map, of the Code of Ordinances, of the City of Bellaire, Texas. The Residential Multi-Family District encompasses land located at 4301 Bissonnet and has an area of 3.4 acres. |
