Public Hearing on an application filed by Houston Independent School District for an amendment to Specific Use Permit S-89, approved by City Council with Ordinance No. 17-055 and subsequently amended by Ordinance No. 18-027, as required by Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Section 24-532 B. (2) a), to change the approved site plan to include the construction of both a softball facility and baseball facility. The property is located at 6300 Avenue B and is within the R-3 Residential Zoning District.

Docket # SU-2019-07 - Consideration of an application filed by Mario Quintanilla, a registered agent of Bellaire Rapid Response Team, LLC, for a specific use permit as required by City of Bellaire Code of Ordinances, Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning Section 24-605, Application for Specific Use Permit, to allow for a hospital, acute and/or chronic care facility, as provided in Section 24-536 B.(2)b)2) of the City’s Zoning Code.  This property is located at 5300 Bellaire Boulevard, Suite 5310 and is within the Corridor Mixed Use (CMU) Zoning District.
