Docket#: SU-2019-08: Public Hearing on an application filed by Houston Independent School District for an amendment to Specific Use Permit S-89, approved by City Council with Ordinance No. 17-055 and subsequently amended by Ordinance No. 18-027, as required by Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Section 24-532 B. (2) a), to change the approved site plan to include the construction of both a softball facility and baseball facility. The property is located at 6300 Avenue B and is within the R-3 Residential Zoning District.

Docket # PD-2019-02: Public hearing on an application filed by Cushman & Wakefield, on behalf of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (AT&T), regarding the property at 6500 West Loop South within the planned developments PD-9 and PD-10, for an amendment to PD-9 and PD-10 to allow the existing single tenant building within PD-9 and PD-10 to be used for multi-tenant office and remove from PD-10 approximately 1.9927 acres located at the southwest corner of Bissonnet Street and the West Loop 610 freeway.
